Documented demand
A transaction begins with an identified buyer requirement rather than speculative inventory without an offtake path.
Regional Livestock Bridge is building a transaction-finance model that links capital to a defined livestock trade: buyer, quantity, specification, supplier, route, cost stack, payment stages, documents and repayment mechanics. RLB does not describe returns as guaranteed unless a legally enforceable guarantee applies to that specific transaction.
The public pipeline is shown only in aggregate. RLB does not publish buyer or supplier identities, exact quantities, negotiated prices, routes, transaction-specific payment instruments or commissions.
A transaction begins with an identified buyer requirement rather than speculative inventory without an offtake path.
Supply development spans Somalia/Somaliland, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Yemen and other routes subject to destination eligibility.
Procurement, inspection, quarantine, documentation, transport and shipping can be managed through documented milestones.
Each transaction is modeled with landed cost, contingency, finance cost and an independent commercial result.
Participate in one approved transaction after its deal file and terms are complete.
A committed capital limit reused across eligible transactions under agreed draw conditions.
Long-term capital for technology, market expansion and operating capacity under a separate legal structure.
| Buyer payment security | Preference for an acceptable L/C, controlled buyer funds, bank-supported instrument or meaningful contractual deposit depending on the deal. |
| Milestone disbursement | Capital is not released 100% upfront; releases follow defined verification gates. |
| Supplier & livestock verification | Identity, count, weight, specification and health status are checked before major disbursements. |
| Transaction ledger | Investor capital is tracked at deal level and is not treated as unrestricted operating cash. |
| Insurance assessment | Marine, cargo, mortality or other eligible coverage is reviewed according to route and policy availability. |
| Repayment priority | The finance agreement defines repayment of investor principal and agreed return before residual RLB profit distribution, subject to deal terms. |
| Regulated custody | Where escrow or controlled custody is required, use a licensed bank, payment institution or approved escrow provider rather than informal custody by RLB. |
