Trust & Verification Center

A clear view of what we verify, what we document, and what buyers should review before committing to a livestock transaction.

Trust is built with clear information and evidence

A clear method before any financial or operational commitment

Trust begins with verifiable information

We do not rely on broad claims or undefined promises. Before issuing a formal quotation, we connect the buyer's specifications to an available supply source, a defined destination requirement, and written commercial terms. Final documents vary by origin, destination, delivery basis, and shipment status.

01

What we verify before a formal quotation

First confirming that the request is commercially and operationally executable.

Buyer requirements

Species, breed, quantity, weight or age, intended use, delivery location, and required timing.

Source and availability

Origin, assembly location, genuinely available quantity, preparation period, and specification fit.

Route and compliance

Transport mode, departure and arrival points, and applicable inspection, quarantine, and permit requirements.

Commercial terms

Pricing basis, each party's responsibilities, quotation validity, and the payment schedule stated in the quotation or contract.

02

Evidence through the transaction stages

Each stage has appropriate evidence; not every document exists at the first inquiry.

  1. Inquiry and qualification

Confirm the requirement, buyer details, delivery destination, and requested pricing basis.

  2. Quotation and agreement

A written commercial document covering specifications, quantity, price, payment, delivery, and responsibilities.

  3. Preparation and inspection

Source or assembly evidence and applicable inspection, quarantine, and preparation records.

  4. Shipment or delivery

Transport, shipping, delivery, and final invoice records according to the agreed transaction model.

03

Potential document groups

This is an explanatory list; the actual document set is determined for each transaction.

04

Secure communication and payment

Simple controls reduce impersonation and unauthorized transaction changes.

05

Claims and evidence policy

Credibility is a commercial asset, not a marketing phrase.

We do not publish

Unconfirmed fixed prices, unverified availability, transaction volumes, testimonials, partnerships, or certifications without suitable evidence.

We state clearly

That price, availability, timing, documentation, veterinary, and regulatory requirements depend on the transaction and execution date.

We share when applicable

Transaction-relevant documents with qualified parties while protecting customer, supplier, and commercially sensitive information.
